Asst. Accountant-cum-Cashier

Job Description / Responsibility

·         Raise requisition for advance money to Head Office.

·         Prepare receipt-payment statement against transaction to place with vouchers.

·         Ensure proper checking of all kind of bill/voucher before payment and entry into the System.

·         Assure timely payment to local suppliers.

·         Ensure wage and OT calculation and payment.

·         Liaison with Stores for ensuring proper movement of stock.

·         Prepare bank reconciliation statement on monthly basis.

·         Ensure proper data entry into software.

·         Keep records properly.

·         Perform other relevant functions provided by the supervisor.

Educational Requirements

MBS in Accounting from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements

·         2 to 3 year(s)

·         The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax), Cash Management

Job Requirements

·         Age At most 35 year(s)

·         Excellent skills with computer productivity tools, especially on MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint).

·         Excellent communication skills.
