Job Context

Anwar Group of Industries (AGI), one of the glorious Group of Industries in Bangladesh since 1834, engaged in diversified business like Building Materials, Composite Textile, Jute, Real Estate, Infrastructure, Home Décor, Automobiles and Financial Services like Banks, Insurance etc. To meet expanding business demand, the Group for its Building Materials Division comprising of Cement, Steel, Polymer and Cement Sheet invites for applications for the position of Chief Marketing Officer. The following business expertise & aptitude are required for this position to lead the 300% growth under implementation:

Job Description / Responsibility

·         Play an active role in Group HR Automation

·         Design and develop SOPs for each module of HR Automation

·         Ensure support to SBU to incorporate the Automation

·         Design the HR early warning system to catch up unhealthy trends in the organization

·         Audit HR data and reports issues to be corrected

·         Prepare policies & procedures, SOP for organization development(OD)

·         Design the HR data privacy policy and sets rules for the data access to different HRIS modules

·         Review and update all existing policies and procedures schedule interval

Educational Requirements

·         MBA in HRM from reputed University

·         PGD in HRM will get priority

Experience Requirements

·         5 to 8 year(s)

·         The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Compensation/Benefits, Attendance, Leave Management, Organization Development/Process Improvement, HRIS/HR Database Management, Performance & Career Management

·         The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Cellular Phone Operator, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Multinational Companies
